Some of the common side effects of this medicine include excessive saliva production, fatigue, headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, irregular heartbeat, rash, tremors, and abnormal sensations. आपके बच्चे के शरीर को इस दवा की आदत लगने के बाद यह साइड इफेक्ट कम हो जाएंगे. However, if these effects persist or become bothersome for your child, report to your child’s doctor on a priority basis.

Do not give this medicine to your child for the long term or the treatment of any chronic respiratory illness without consulting your child’s doctor. Check the medicine label properly and never combine this medicine with other cold and flu medicines as that may lead to side effects.
