How Wincit D Tablet works

Wincit D Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Caffeine, Diphenhydramine, Paracetamol, and Phenylephrine, which relieves common cold symptoms. It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever.
