Twagic Spas Tablet relieves the pain due to muscle cramps during menstrual cycles (periods). It relaxes the muscles and prevents sudden contractions (spasms) of muscles. It also blocks chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain sensation. This helps to treat abdominal pain (or stomach pain) as well as cramps, bloating and discomfort. How Twagic Spas Tablet works
Twagic Spas Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine, Mefenamic Acid and Pamabrom. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms) and relieves cramps and bloating. Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause pain. Pamabrom is a diuretic which increases urine production to remove excess water from the body and relieve premenstrual symptoms like bloating, water-weight gain, swelling and the feeling of being full.
