Tusq-D Lozenges Ginger is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine.

The most common side effects are stomach upset and sore tongue. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Contact your doctor straight away if you are at all concerned about any of these side effects. This medicine may also cause dizziness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can make dizziness worse.

Never support self-medication or recommend your medicine to another person. Keep it out of reach of children. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. You should tell your doctor if you have any liver diseases so that your doctor can prescribe a suitable dose for you.

Tusq-D Lozenges Ginger suppresses dry cough and gives you relief from an itchy throat. It also reduces throat infection and gives relief from soreness and pain associated with it. Along with taking Tusq-D Lozenges Ginger, gargling with warm salt water and having ginger or honey can help you feel better.

Tusq-D Lozenges Ginger is prescribed to get relief from a dry cough.
Tusq-D Lozenges Ginger should be taken after every 2 to 3 hours or as suggested by the doctor. Suck one lozenge slowly as required.
Do not take it for more than 3 days. Consult your doctor if you do not observe any improvement in symptoms.
Do not take more than 8 lozenges in 24 hours.
Each lozenge contains sugar. This should be taken into account if you have diabetes mellitus.
