Tibsovo 250mg Tablet

Take Tibsovo 250mg Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food. However, avoid a high-fat meal, as it can increase the amount of medicine absorbed by your body. Continue taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. For people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), treatment is generally continued for at least 6 months. Attend all scheduled blood tests, electrocardiograms (ECGs), and follow-up appointments so your doctor can monitor your response to treatment and detect any side effects early.

The most common side effects of Tibsovo 250mg Tablet include tiredness, diarrhea, nausea, decreased appetite, joint pain, muscle pain, rash, cough, shortness of breath, abdominal pain, and mouth sores. Contact your doctor if any side effect becomes severe, does not improve, or interferes with your daily activities.

Before starting treatment, tell your doctor about all your medical conditions and medicines you are taking. Your doctor will perform electrocardiograms (ECGs) and blood tests before and during treatment to monitor your heart rhythm, blood counts, electrolyte levels, and overall health. Seek medical attention immediately if you develop symptoms of differentiation syndrome, such as fever, difficulty breathing, rapid weight gain, or swelling, as this can be serious and requires prompt treatment. Tell your doctor if you notice dizziness, fainting, or an irregular heartbeat, as Tibsovo 250mg Tablet may affect the heart's electrical activity.

• Take Tibsovo 250mg Tablet at about the same time each day to help maintain consistent medicine levels in your body.
• Tibsovo 250mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but avoid high-fat meals, as they can increase the amount of medicine absorbed.
• Keep all scheduled ECG appointments and blood tests so your doctor can monitor your heart rhythm and overall health during treatment.
• Seek medical attention immediately if you develop symptoms of differentiation syndrome, such as fever, difficulty breathing, rapid weight gain, or swelling, as early treatment is essential.
• Report symptoms such as dizziness, fainting, irregular heartbeat, muscle weakness, numbness, or tingling to your doctor promptly, as these may indicate serious side effects that require medical attention.
• Use effective contraception during treatment and for the recommended period after your last dose if you or your partner can become pregnant. Discuss suitable contraceptive methods with your doctor before starting treatment.
