General Information

Product introduction
Use Thrombophob Gel as advised by your doctor. This medicine is meant for external use only. It should be applied only to the affected area of the skin as per the dosage and schedule prescribed by your doctor. To get the most benefit, apply it regularly. Do not use larger amounts, apply it more often, or use it for a longer duration than directed. This will only increase the risk of side effects.
Local side effects, such as rashes, may occur after application. This is usually temporary and resolves quickly. Avoid any contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse it off with water if you accidentally get the medicine in these areas. Consult your doctor if you experience any symptoms that bother you or if your condition does not improve.
Do not use Thrombophob Gel if you are allergic to heparin or any of its ingredients. Use with caution in conditions such as hemorrhagic edema, as close monitoring may be required. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should let their doctor know to make sure it is safe for them.
Uses of Thrombophob Jelly
- Prevention of Blood clots
Benefits of Thrombophob Jelly
Formation of blood clots blocks one or more veins, usually in your legs. Thrombophob Gel is used to prevent formation of blood clots near the surface of your skin. It dissolves the clots and also relieves pain and inflammation by increasing the blood flow. This improves the overall healing process.
Use it as advised by the doctor to get maximum benefit. The condition usually improves on its own in sometime. However, your doctor might recommend applying heat to the painful area, elevating the affected leg, using an over-the-counter painkiller and possibly wearing compression stockings.
