I recently consulted an ENT and she prescribed me a number of multivits. She prescribed me Supracal plus, A-Z, Dexorange and Becasule among other things as antiacids. I saw that these meds have Zinc and Folic acid and I will be taking multple doses of zinc and folic acid with each med on daily basis. I am concerned if it will harm me or can do Zinc toxicity etc. Can you advise?
