How Sunray Syrup works
Sunray SF Syrup is a combination of four medicines: Phenylephrine, Menthol, Diphenhydramine and Chlorpheniramine Maleate. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Menthol produces a sensation of coolness and relieves minor throat irritation. Diphenhydramine and Chlorpheniramine are antiallergics which relieve allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
Quick tips
- Sunray SF Syrup is prescribed to get relief from a dry cough.
- Take exactly as directed by your doctor or on the label. Do not increase the dosage or take for longer than is recommended.
- Consult your doctor if you do not see any improvement and have a cough for more than 7 days.
- Inform your doctor if you have had a cough for a long time or if you have asthma or suffer from serious asthma attacks, or if your cough is accompanied by a fever, rash, or persistent headache.

CAUTION
Sunray SF Syrup should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
