Medicine Overview of Sudin Sera Plus Tablet
Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Bloating, Stomach pain, Indigestion, Loss of appetite, Dizziness, Headache, Sweating, Sleepiness, Rash, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Allergic reaction.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Sudin Sera Plus Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.
Sudin Sera Plus Tablet is a combination of five medicines: Bromhexine, Chlorpheniramine, Guaifenesin, Phenylephrine and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen. Bromhexine and Guaifenesin help in its removal of mucus (phlegm) from the airways. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an antipyretic (fever reducer) which blocks the release of certain chemical messengers to reduce fever associated with cold.

Sudin Sera Plus Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Sudin Sera Plus Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Sudin Sera Plus Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Sudin Sera Plus Tablet may cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.
Sudin Sera Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Sudin Sera Plus Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, the use of Sudin Sera Plus Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
