Spect Cold Syrup may be unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. It should be used only if the expected benefit outweighs the potential risk. Please consult your doctor.
Spect Cold Syrup may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Spect Cold Syrup is unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided.
Spect Cold Syrup should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
However, the use of Spect Cold Syrup is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
What if you forget to take Spect Cold Syrup?
If you miss a dose of Spect Cold Syrup, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
