Spaderm 24% Cream is used to treat skin disorders caused by excessive thickening and scaling of the skin. It is used in conditions like psoriasis, ichthyosis, keratosis pilaris, palm and sole thickening, and certain types of warts and hyperkeratotic lesions, where the skin becomes hard, rough, or scaly.

Spaderm 24% Cream works by helping the outer layer of the skin shed more easily. This softens thickened skin, loosens scales, and allows healthier skin to form underneath, improving the appearance and comfort of affected areas.

Apply Spaderm 24% Cream only to the affected skin, usually after washing and gently hydrating the area. Use it in the dose and duration prescribed by the doctor. Applying more than needed will not speed up results. Avoid covering the treated area tightly unless specifically advised, as this can increase absorption.

There is limited data on the common side effects of this medicine. You may experience erythema (redness) and scaling if applied to open skin lesions. If severe redness, burning, or discomfort develops, stop the treatment and consult your doctor for advice.

Spaderm 24% Cream is for external use only and should not be applied to the eyes, mouth, or other mucous membranes. It should not be used on broken or infected skin unless advised by a doctor. Do not use for long-term, especially in children or people with kidney or liver problems, as that may lead to unwanted absorption and side effects. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctors before using this medicine.
