Psoriasis is a skin problem in which skin cells build up and form scales and dry patches which are itchy and painful. They can grow anywhere, but most appear on the scalp, elbows, knees, and lower back. Applying Sorvate C Ointment helps manage psoriasis symptoms like itching, pain, redness, swelling or irritation. Clean and dry the affected area before applying Sorvate C Ointment. Use it atleast 2-3 times a day or as prescribed. You may see change in your skin appearance after few weeks.

सोर्वेट सी ऑइंटमेंट किस प्रकार काम करता है

Sorvate C Ointment is a combination of two medicines: Calcitriol and Clobetasol which treat psoriasis. Calcitriol is a form of vitamin D. It works by reducing the overproduction of skin cells that may build up and form scales on the skin. Clobetasol is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy.

Sorvate C Ointment is used to treat the redness, swelling, itching, and discomfort associated with psoriasis.
इसे दिन में एक बार लगाने की सलाह दी जाती है. बेहतर प्रभाव के लिए, यदि आपने इसे सुबह में लगाया है तो दिन में न लगाएं, या यदि आपने इसे शाम को इस्तेमाल किया है तो रात में न लगाएं.
दिन में दो या तीन बार या डॉक्टर के सलाह के अनुसार प्रभावित क्षेत्रों पर पतली फिल्म लगाएं.
डॉक्टर की सलाह के बिना उपचारित क्षेत्र पर कसकर पट्टी ना बांधें क्योंकि इससे साइड इफेक्ट होने का खतरा बढ़ सकता है.
If you are using a moisturizer along with this preparation, apply the moisturizer first. Then wait 10-15 minutes before applying Sorvate C Ointment.
खुले घावों और कटों पर इसे न लगाएं.
Your skin may become more sensitive to sunlight than normal while you are using Sorvate C Ointment. Try to avoid sitting out in the sun and do not use sunbeds.
