Product introduction

Sino Plus Tablet is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early, your symptoms may come back, and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking, as some may affect or be affected by this medicine.


The most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, weakness, headache, dryness in the mouth, and allergic reactions. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Contact your doctor straightaway if you are at all concerned about any of these side effects. This medicine can also cause sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine, as it can worsen your sleepiness.


Never support self-medication or recommend your medicine to another person. It is beneficial to have plenty of fluids while taking this medication. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you have any kidney or liver disease so that your doctor can prescribe a suitable dose for you. How Sino Plus Tablet works

Sino Plus Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Levocetirizine, Phenylephrine and Paracetamol, which relieves common cold symptoms. Levocetirizine reduces sneezing, itching, and runny nose by blocking allergy-causing histamines, while Phenylephrine clears nasal congestion by shrinking swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages. Paracetamol helps reduce fever and body aches, promoting overall comfort.

  • Take exactly as directed by your doctor or on the label. Do not increase the dosage or take it for longer than is recommended.
  • Call your doctor if your symptoms have not improved within seven days of treatment.
  • Inform your doctor if you are taking any other medications for a cold.
  • Along with taking Sino Plus Tablet, do the following simple tips at home to get relief, like steam inhalation and gargling with warm saltwater. Take enough rest. Take warm food and fluids only. Yes, Sino Plus Tablet may make you feel drowsy or may cause you to fall asleep during your daily activities. Avoid driving, operating machinery, working at heights, or participating in potentially dangerous activities until you know how the medicine affects you. Inform your doctor if you experience such episodes while taking this medicine.
Serious side effects with Sino Plus Tablet are uncommon and rare. Tell your doctor as soon as possible if you notice allergic reactions, skin rash or peeling, mouth ulcers, breathing problems, unexplained bleeding, recurrent fevers or infections, vision disturbances, or fast or irregular heartbeat. These side effects are uncommon but may be serious and may need urgent medical attention.
It is not recommended to use Sino Plus Tablet if you have high blood pressure (hypertension), any underlying serious heart condition or cardiovascular disorder, any history of stomach ulcers, or an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism). However, it can be taken if your doctor is aware of your condition and advises you to take it. The use of Sino Plus Tablet should also be avoided if you are taking antidepressant drugs. Ask your doctor before combining any medicines for safer and better results.
No, you should not breastfeed while using Sino Plus Tablet. This medicine can pass into your breast milk and may harm your baby. Inform your doctor that you are breastfeeding if you are advised to take this medicine.
Keep this medicine in the packet or the container it came in, tightly closed. Store it according to the instructions mentioned on the pack or label. Dispose of the unused medicine. Make sure it is not consumed by pets, children, or other people.
