Product introduction

Silodom-S Tablet may be taken with Food to reduce stomach upset. You should take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you remember to take it. The dose and duration of treatment will depend on the severity of your condition. Do not stop taking the medicine suddenly. Take it for as long as the doctor has prescribed for maximum benefits.

The most common side effects of this medicine include ejaculation disorders, headache, dizziness, diarrhea, nasal congestion, orthostatic hypotension, and cognitive disorders. If you experience any such side effects, ask your doctor about ways of reducing or preventing them.

Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you have low blood pressure, liver, or kidney disease. Let your doctor also know about all the other medicines you are taking, if any. It is intended for use in men only; women should not take the medicine. Avoid driving or doing anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Avoid or limit alcohol consumption while on treatment with Silodom-S Tablet as it could lead to increased dizziness.

You might feel better within hours or days of starting the treatment. The full effect is usually seen within 2 weeks.
Drinks containing caffeine (tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and cola) may make your symptoms worse. This is because caffeine is a natural diuretic and will make you want to pass urine frequently. If you drink a lot of caffeine, consider switching to decaffeinated alternatives.
If you are scheduled to undergo eye surgery due to a cataract or glaucoma, inform your eye doctor that you are taking this medicine.
