How Silodosin + Solifenacin works

Silodosin + Solifenacin is a combination of two medicines: Silodosin and Solifenacin. Silodosin is an alpha-blocker. It works by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland, so urine is passed more easily. Solifenacin is an antimuscarinic. It works by relaxing muscles of the urinary bladder to prevent frequent, urgent, or uncontrolled urination.
