Saslic DS Cream is a keratolytic medication. It treats pimples (acne) by penetrating into the skin and killing acne-causing bacteria. It additionally reduces oil production in the skin, replenishes acne-prone skin and helps keep your pores open.
Saslic DS Cream may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Saslic DS Cream is probably safe to use during lactation.
Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

Salicylic acid is part of an acne preparation. It is used to treat acne, blemishes (scars and dark spots due to acne). It is also used for dandruff problems. It should not be used for exfoliating the skin or to treat genital warts
