Uses

Rekseal injection is used in the treatment of vertigo, allergic disorders and motion sickness.

How it works

Rekseal injection belongs to group of medicines called antihistaminics. It inhibits the action of chemicals called histamines in the body, thereby reducing the allergic reactions. By acting on brain, it causes sedation and reduces symptoms of nausea and vomiting.

Psychomotor impairment, Blurred vision, Dizziness, Dry mouth, Difficulty in urination, Eye swelling, Lip swelling, Gastrointestinal discomfort, Headache, Rash, Skin redness, Sleepiness, Thickened respiratory tract secretions, Urticaria

  • Consult your doctor if you have closed angle glaucoma (increased pressure in the eyes), liver or kidney disease, if you are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (drugs for depression)
  • You should not take buclizine for more than 3 days.
  • Do not drive or operate heavy machinery because you may feel sleepy or dizzy while being treated with buclizine. 
  • Do not consume alcohol while taking buclizine as it may worsen the side effects.
