How Rabezol DSR Capsule SR works

Rabezol DSR Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Rabeprazole. Domperidone is a dopamine (D2) receptor antagonist with prokinetic and antiemetic properties. It improves the movement of the stomach and intestines, helping food move more easily through the stomach, and also helps control nausea and vomiting. Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the amount of acid produced in the stomach, helping relieve acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

  • Take Rabezol DSR Capsule one hour before the meal, preferably in the morning.
  • Inform your doctor if you experience watery diarrhea, fever, or stomach pain that persists.
  • Inform your doctor if you do not feel better after taking it for 14 days, as you may be suffering from some other problem that needs attention.
  • Long-term use can cause weak bones and a deficiency of minerals such as magnesium. Take adequate dietary intake of calcium and magnesium or their supplements as prescribed by your doctor.
  • Use Rabezol DSR Capsule with caution if you are taking Methotrexate or certain Antiviral drugs. Always inform your doctor about these treatments so appropriate monitoring or adjustments can be made.
