How to use Qtuss Syrup
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Qtuss Syrup may be taken with or without food.
How Qtuss Syrup works
Qtuss Syrup is a combination of four medicines:

- Qtuss Syrup helps in the treatment of dry cough.
- It is usually taken only for a short time until the symptoms clear up.
- Measure the syrup with a special dose-measuring spoon or cup, not a regular table spoon.
- Drink extra fluids to help loosen the congestion and lubricate your throat while you are taking this medication.
- Stop taking Qtuss Syrup and inform your doctor if your cough persists for more than 1 week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by a fever, rash or persistent headache.

Alcohol
UNSAFE
Do not drink alcohol while you are taking this medicine. Qtuss Syrup may cause excessive drowsiness when taken with alcohol.

Pregnancy

The safety of Qtuss Syrup during pregnancy has not been established. There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women, and animal data on reproductive toxicity are insufficient. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing.

Breast feeding

Qtuss Syrup may be safe to use during breastfeeding. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Liver
