Pcmol T 37.5mg/325mg Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. It may be taken with or without food. How Pcmol T Tablet works

Pcmol T 37.5mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Tramadol and Paracetamol which relieve severe pain. Tramadol is an opoid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Paracetamol works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain.

However, the use of Pcmol T 37.5mg/325mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

What if you forget to take Pcmol T Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Pcmol T 37.5mg/325mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
