How to use P Mox Dry Syrup
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Dissolve the powder in sterile water. Shake well and use. P Mox Dry Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How P Mox Dry Syrup works
P Mox Dry Syrup is a combination of two antibiotics: Amoxycillin and Cloxacillin. These antibiotics work by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria. Together, they treat your infection effectively.

Pregnancy
PROBABLY SAFE
P Mox Dry Syrup is probably safe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation
P Mox Dry Syrup is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Driving
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
P Mox Dry Syrup can have side effects and the symptoms (such as allergic reactions, dizziness and convulsions) may make you unfit to drive.
Kidney
CAUTION
P Mox Dry Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of P Mox Dry Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Regular monitoring of kidney function tests is advised while taking this medicine.
Liver

u shouldn't take antibiotics without prescription, for simple cold n cough take syp corex-Dx 1 tsf tid, for cold DO STEAM INHALAION TWICE DAILY, WARM SALINE GARGLES, AVOID EXPOSURE TO COLD,TAKE REST tab levocet 1 tab bd for 5 days, take healthy diet to boost ur immunity comprising of proteins, vitamins particularly vit C, take plenty of fluids if not better in 3 days consult physician hope this helps, antibiotics are reserved only for bacterial infections , most cold like illnesses are viral so no need of antibiotics
