O2 Tablet

O2 Tablet is best taken with food. Take it at a fixed time to ensure better efficacy. Do not take more than the recommended dose, as it may have harmful effects on your body. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. The treatment must be completed even if you feel better to ensure a complete recovery.

This medicine may lead to some side effects such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and headache. To overcome any such side effects, it is advised to eat a healthy, balanced diet and drink plenty of fluids. If any of the side effects get aggravated, consult your doctor immediately. If you experience any allergic reaction (rashes, itching, swelling, shortness of breath, etc.), you must seek immediate medical help.

Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have any liver or kidney problems. Also, inform your doctor about all other medicines you are taking for any health condition. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before using this medicine. Avoid drinking alcohol during treatment, as it may increase dizziness. This medicine usually does not affect the ability to drive, but do not drive or operate machinery if it makes you sleepy or dizzy. If you are allergic to this medicine, avoid using it. Adequate rest during the course of treatment may help the medicine work more effectively.

• Treatment of Bacterial & parasitic infections

The dose of O2 Tablet depends on your age, the type and severity of infection, and your overall health. It is usually taken two times a day, depending on the infection being treated. However, your doctor will decide the right dose and duration of treatment for you.

Try to take the medicine at evenly spaced times each day. Do not take more than the prescribed dose and do not use it for longer than recommended. Complete the full course of treatment even if you start to feel better, as stopping the medicine too early may allow the infection to return or become harder to treat.

Missed Dose

If you miss a dose of O2 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Overdose

An overdose of O2 Tablet may cause confusion, dizziness, impairment of consciousness, and convulsive seizures, as well as gastrointestinal reactions.

If overdose is suspected, please contact your doctor. The doctor may consider standard measures to remove any unabsorbed drug.

• Complete the full course of O2 Tablet exactly as advised, even if you start feeling better.
• Take O2 Tablet with water and maintain adequate hydration, especially if diarrhea is present.
• Avoid alcohol while taking O2 Tablet and for some time after completing the course, as it may cause severe reactions and worsen side effects.
• Avoid taking antacids or mineral supplements close to the dose of O2 Tablet unless advised by your doctor, as they may reduce its absorption.
• Seek medical advice if you develop severe diarrhea, bloody stools, or high fever.
• Stop taking O2 Tablet and seek medical help if you develop rash, swelling, breathing difficulty, or signs of allergic reaction.
• Inform your doctor if you have kidney disease, seizures, or heart rhythm problems before taking O2 Tablet.
• Report symptoms such as tendon pain, numbness, tingling, palpitations, or severe dizziness promptly.
• Consult your doctor if symptoms do not improve within 2–3 days of starting O2 Tablet.
• Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding before taking O2 Tablet.
