Product introduction

Nosardi Plus Tablet is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine.

The most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, stomach pain, headache, insomnia, rash, and itching. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Contact your doctor straight away if you are at all concerned about any of these side effects. It can also cause dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can make dizziness worse.

Before taking it, you should tell your doctor if you have any liver diseases so that your doctor can prescribe a suitable dose for you. Also tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Nosardi Plus Tablet is a combination of five medicines:

  • Nosardi Plus Tablet is prescribed to get relief from symptoms of common cold.
  • Take exactly as directed by your doctor or on the label. Do not increase the dosage or take for longer than is recommended.
  • Call your doctor if your symptoms have not improved within seven days of treatment.
  • Inform your doctor if you are taking any other medications for cold.
  • Along with taking Nosardi Plus Tablet do the following simple tips at home to get relief:
    1. Steam inhalation.
    2. Gargling with warm saltwater.
    3. Apply vapor rubs on chest, back if needed. Take enough rest.
    4. Take warm food and fluid only. Ensure adequate fluid intake.
    5. Advise hygiene measures to reduce spread: frequent hand-washing, avoiding sharing towels, pillowcases, etc.

Nosardi Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
Use of Nosardi Plus Tablet may cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.

Nosardi Plus Tablet is unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided.
