Noco Tablet


Product introduction

Noco Tablet is a medicine used in the treatment of common cold symptoms. It provides relief from symptoms like runny or blocked nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. It also blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, inflammation, and fever.

Noco Tablet can be taken with or without food. The dose and duration will depend on the severity of your condition. You should keep taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor says it is alright to stop using it.

Using this medicine may cause few common side effects such as nausea, dryness in mouth, dizziness, fatigue, palpitations, and high blood pressure. Noco Tablet is safe and effective. It usually starts to work within a few minutes, and the effects can last up to several hours. Take it as prescribed by your doctor, and do not stop using it unless you are advised otherwise.

How Noco Tablet works

Noco Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol, Phenylpropanolamine and Cetirizine which relieve common cold symptoms. Paracetamol is a analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever and pain. Phenylpropanolamine is a sympathomimetic agonist. It narrows blood vessels in the nose to relieve congestion. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.

Driving
UNSAFE

Kidney

Noco Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Noco Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. May cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.
Liver
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Noco Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Noco Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

What if you forget to take Noco Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Noco Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

    5. Advise hygiene measures to reduce spread: frequent hand-washing, avoiding sharing towels, pillowcases, etc.
