N-Caf Cold Tablet is a medicine used to treat common cold symptoms. It provides relief from allergic symptoms like runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and nasal congestion. N-Caf Cold Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and at the same time each day to get maximum benefits from it. Prolong use of this medicine may harm your health, do not take it more than the prescribed duration unless your doctor advised you to do so.

How N-Caf Cold Tablet works
N-Caf Cold Tablet is a combination of three medicines :Nimesulide, Phenylephrine, and Levocetirizine. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Levocetirizine is an antihistamine medication. It treats allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body.

What if you forget to take N-Caf Cold Tablet?

Monitor temp. If child has fever place a cool, damp washcloth on your child's forehead , Give your child a lukewarm tub bath or a sponge bath. Give a sponge bath as follows:- ? Use lukewarm water [90?F (32.2?C) to 95?F (35?C)] . Do not use cold water, ice, or rubbing alcohol, which will lower the child's body temperature too quickly. ? Sponge for 20 to 30 minutes. ? Stop if the child starts to shiver. If your child doesn't like the sponge bath or doesn't feel better after the bath, there is no need to give another one. You can use Paracetamol also along with above measures to control fever till you consult Dr. He will determine the patient's immunization status and underlying disorders in these cases which range from mild conditions to the most serious of bacterial and viral illnesses
