Product introduction
Methertin Tablet should be taken exactly as prescribed. It may be taken with or without food. Ensure that you complete the full treatment duration, even if symptoms improve earlier. Finishing the entire course is essential to prevent the malaria infection from returning.
Methertin Tablet is generally well tolerated when given at recommended doses. At high dosages, some individuals may experience abdominal discomfort, ringing in the ears, or diarrhea. If such symptoms persist or worsen, or if anything feels unusual during treatment, you should consult your doctor for assessment and guidance.
Methertin Tablet should not be used in individuals with known allergy to artemether or any artemisinin derivative.
