Product introduction

Man Profab 10mg/30mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of premature ejaculation in adult men. It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. This medicine should be used only when prescribed by a doctor.

Man Profab 10mg/30mg Tablet works by helping to relax the blood vessels in your penis, allowing blood to flow into your penis when you get sexually excited. It may be taken with or without food. Take it as advised by your doctor, before having sexual activity.

Some common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, indigestion, headache, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), nosebleeds, and dry mouth. It even causes dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you.

It should be used with caution in patients with a history of seizures, depression, and other psychiatric disorders. Before you take this medicine, let your doctor also know if you have any history of heart, kidney, or liver diseases.

Man Profab 10mg/30mg Tablet increases the level of a chemical called serotonin in the brain. This increases the time taken to ejaculate and improves control over ejaculation. This helps reduce any frustration or worry that you may have due to quick ejaculation and improves your confidence. It is usually taken 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity is anticipated. Do not take this medicine more than once a day.

How to use Man Profab Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Man Profab 10mg/30mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Man Profab Tablet works

Man Profab 10mg/30mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines : Tadalafil and Dapoxetine, which treat premature ejaculation. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitor which works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation and enables its erection following sexual stimulation. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) which increases the level of serotonin in nerves to improve control over ejaculation and increase the time taken to ejaculate.

Quick tips

Take it 1 to 3 hours before anticipated sexual activity.

Hello PATIENT to 1mg. Premature Ejaculation is very common in age and first of all dont take so much tension which is further deteriorate your health. Life style modification with behavioural changes may help you more. There are some technique and take help from your partner. In the ?stop-start? programme, the partner stimulates the penis until the patient feels the urge to ejaculate. At this point, he instructs his partner to stop, waits for the sensation to pass and then stimulation is resumed. Another the ?squeeze? technique is similar but the partner applies manual pressure to the glans just before ejaculation until the patient loses his urge. Apply some cream like Climax spray / EMLA cream which will further help. Along with this do exercise, stop smoking tobacco alcohol n gutkha, eat fruits and take antioxidant multivitamins and vitamin C. Try this for couple of weeks and if not improved i will advice you some medicines.

Yes, the use of Man Profab 10mg/30mg Tablet can cause dry mouth. If you experience dry mouth, drink plenty of water. Take regular sips during the day and keep some water by your bed at night. You may use lip balm if your lips are also dry.

What are the instructions for the storage and disposal of Man Profab 10mg/30mg Tablet?

Keep this medicine in the packet or the container it came in, tightly closed. Store it according to the instructions mentioned on the pack or label. Dispose of the unused medicine. Make sure it is not consumed by pets, children and other people.

How much time does Man Profab 10mg/30mg Tablet take to become effective?

It should be taken approximately 1 to 3 hours before a sexual activity is anticipated. The effect may last for almost 4-5 hours, which is enough to complete the actual intercourse and to treat erectile dysfunction in most men.
