Symptoms of brain swelling (cerebral edema) include headache, dizziness, nausea, numbness or weakness, loss of coordination or balance, loss of the ability to see or speak, seizures (fits), memory loss, incontinence, or altered level of consciousness. Linsol Infusion decreases brain volume by decreasing overall water content in the brain. This helps to reduce the accumulation of excessive fluid in the brain. It helps to relieve these symptoms effectively within a short duration of time and prevents further complications.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

How Linsol Infusion works

Linsol Infusion is a combination of two medicines: Glycerin and Mannitol which treat increased pressure in the skull/brain. Mannitol is an osmotic diuretic which draws water out of tissues in the brain and decreases swelling around the brain. Addition of Glycerin prevents the swelling from coming back which may possibly occur with plain Mannitol.
