Kivomox CV 625 Tablet is used in the treatment of bacterial infections. It is used for the short-term treatment of bacterial infection eg. tonsillitis, sinusitis, otitis media, acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, lobar and bronchopneumonia, cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis, boils, abscesses, cellulitis, wound infection, osteomyelitis, dentoalveolar abscess.

How to use Kivomox CV Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Kivomox CV 625 Tablet is to be taken with food.

How Kivomox CV Tablet works

Kivomox CV 625 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Amoxicillin and Potassium Clavulanate. Amoxicillin is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria. Potassium Clavulanate is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Amoxicillin against bacteria.
