Imix 10 Eye Drop is a combination of three medicines. It is used in treating bacterial infections of the eyes. It kills the bacteria that cause infection. It also relieves pain, itching, discomfort, and irritation.

Imix 10 Eye Drop is strictly advised to be used only in the eyes. Use it in the prescribed dose and duration. Apply it only to the affected eyes. Imix 10 Eye Drop is a combination of two antibiotics (Chloramphenicol, Polymyxin B) and a steroid (Dexamethasone). The antibiotics work by killing the bacteria or stopping their growth. Together, they treat your eye infection effectively. The steroid blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy.
