Ibscim 50mg Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early, the symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect or be affected by this medicine.

The most common side effects of this medicine include dry mouth, reduced bronchial secretion, pupil dilatation, loss of accommodation, photophobia, flushing of the skin, dry skin, hypertension, slow heart rate, increased heart rate, blurred vision, difficulty in urination, and constipation. Let your doctor know if you are bothered by any of these side effects. They may be able to suggest ways to reduce or treat the side effects.

Inform your doctor before taking Ibscim 50mg Tablet if any medical conditions such as glaucoma, urinary retention, intestinal obstruction, or congestive heart failure. Let your doctor also know about all the medicines you are taking. Before taking this medicine, ask the advice of your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Irritable bowel syndrome is a chronic (long-term) inflammatory disease of the large intestine (colon) that usually needs long-term management. This can lead to bleeding, frequent diarrhea, bloating, flatulence, cramps and stomach pain. Ibscim 50mg Tablet relaxes the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine) and relieves these symptoms effectively. Usually, it is used along with other medicines for the management of your condition.
Take a fiber-rich diet, avoid oily or spicy food and drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated.
