HYsoft Moisturizing Cream is meant only for external use and should be used as advised by your doctor. You should normally clean and dry the affected area before applying a thin layer of the medicine evenly on the affected skin. You should not apply it to open wounds or damaged skin. Use it regularly to get the maximum benefit from it.

It is usually well tolerated with little or no side effects. However, it may cause application site reactions such as burning, irritation, itching, and redness in some people. These side effects are temporary and usually go away with time. However, if they persist or worsen, let your doctor know.

Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers need to consult their doctors before using this medicine. Avoid any contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse it off with plenty of water in case of accidental contact. Avoid covering the treated area with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor.

HYsoft Moisturizing Cream is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to the medicine or any of its constituent ingredients. Patients with tuberculosis or fungal infections and/or herpes infections of the eyes, lips, or genitals should also avoid the use of HYsoft Moisturizing Cream or consult a doctor.

HYsoft Moisturizing Cream should not be used under waterproof dressings unless advised to do so by a physician. HYsoft Moisturizing Cream should not be used to treat acne. HYsoft Moisturizing Cream should not be used for external feminine itching if a vaginal discharge is present. It is not to be used for external anal itching if bleeding is present.

No, HYsoft Moisturizing Cream should not be used on the face. In addition to this, HYsoft Moisturizing Cream should not be used on the axillae (armpits), groin, and if there is atrophy (wasting away of tissues) at the treatment site. In some cases, doctors may decide to use it if they believe it's necessary. It should be used only after consultation with your physician, and if possible, the application on the face should be limited to a maximum of 5 days.

Can we use HYsoft Moisturizing Cream in infections?

HYsoft Moisturizing Cream is not an antimicrobial or antifungal agent. It is a steroid medication. It should not be used in infections. As a corticosteroid, it suppresses the immune system and increases the risk of infections. Bacterial infections are prone to worsen if the infection is covered with a dressing after using HYsoft Moisturizing Cream. In case the inflammatory lesions get infected or there is any spread of infection, consult your doctor immediately. The doctor will withdraw the use of HYsoft Moisturizing Cream and provide appropriate antimicrobial therapy.

How to use HYsoft Moisturizing Cream?

Before using the HYsoft Moisturizing Cream, clean and dry the affected area. Gently and thoroughly massage the medication into the skin. Be careful not to get the medication in your eyes or mouth. If HYsoft Moisturizing Cream accidentally gets in your eyes, wash them with plenty of water and call your doctor if your eyes are irritated.

Can I stop taking HYsoft Moisturizing Cream when my symptoms are relieved?

No, do not stop taking HYsoft Moisturizing Cream and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Your symptoms may improve before your treatment is complete. Stopping HYsoft Moisturizing Cream before your treatment is completed can bring back your skin symptoms.

HYsoft Moisturizing Cream should not be used on the face. Do not use the medication for longer periods than you have been advised.
