  • Do not receive it into a muscle if you are on anticoagulants due to the risk of hematoma.

Hyomide Injection is given into a muscle or a vein by a doctor or a nurse. In adults, one injection is usually given and may be repeated after 30 minutes if needed. The injection into a vein should be given slowly to reduce the risk of sudden blood pressure changes.
