Take Guril Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily before breakfast. Swallow it whole with water; do not crush or chew. To get the best results, maintain a healthy diet, avoid late-night meals, caffeine, spicy or oily foods, and stop smoking or alcohol use. Do not skip doses or stop early, even if you feel better, as that may lead to a return of the symptoms.

The most common side effect of Guril Tablet is dry mouth. It may also cause headache, dizziness, diarrhea, nausea, or mild stomach discomfort in some people. These are usually temporary. If you experience persistent vomiting, irregular heartbeat, rash, or severe diarrhea, contact your doctor immediately. Staying hydrated and taking the medicine before meals may help reduce stomach-related side effects.
