Diarrhoea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach pain, Loss of appetite, Headache.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Gudcef AZ 200 mg/250 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Gudcef AZ 200 mg/250 mg Tablet is a combination of two antibiotics: Cefpodoxime and Azithromycin. Cefpodoxime works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Azithromycin stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.

Gudcef AZ 200 mg/250 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Gudcef AZ 200 mg/250 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Gudcef AZ 200 mg/250 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
