Gabaprime Plus Gel is composed of three medicines gabapentin, lidocaine and baclofen. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic that blocks sodium channels on nerve endings, preventing the transmission of pain signals from the affected area to the brain. Together, these three components target different mechanisms of pain, offering effective relief from the burning, tingling, and shooting sensations commonly seen in neuropathic conditions.
