Gabalov Gel is composed of three medicines gabapentin, lidocaine and baclofen. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic that blocks sodium channels on nerve endings, preventing the transmission of pain signals from the affected area to the brain. Baclofen acts on GABA receptors in the spinal cord to reduce nerve excitability and relieve muscle spasms that may accompany nerve pain. Together, these three components target different mechanisms of pain, offering effective relief from the burning, tingling, and shooting sensations commonly seen in neuropathic conditions.
