The most common side effect of Fusitop B Cream is itching. Some people may also experience mild side effects such as a burning sensation, dryness, redness, or irritation at the application site. These effects are usually temporary and improve as treatment continues or once the medicine is stopped. If irritation becomes uncomfortable or worsens, reduce the frequency or stop the medicine and consult your doctor.

Fusitop B Cream should be used only for a short period, as prolonged or excessive use may lead to thinning of the skin or increased absorption of the steroid. It should not be used on untreated viral or fungal skin infections, rosacea, perioral dermatitis, or skin conditions related to tuberculosis. Care should be taken when applying near the eyes, as accidental contact may increase the risk of eye problems such as glaucoma.

• Fusitop B Cream helps treat inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis that are also infected by bacteria.
• It may cause minor burning, stinging, or irritation when applied. Inform your doctor if this does not go away.
• Avoid contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse it off with water if you accidentally get the cream in these areas.
• Do not cover the area being treated with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor, as this may increase the risk of side effects.
• Consult your doctor if your skin condition has not improved after two weeks of treatment.
• Do not use it for longer than prescribed, as prolonged or repeated use can cause the skin to become over-sensitive to the medicine and may also result in the bacteria becoming resistant to the antibiotic.
