Frumil Tablet is best taken on an empty stomach, as it can interact with food. For better results, it is suggested to take it at the same time every day. The dose and how often you take it depend on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. Common side effects of Frumil Tablet include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, and muscle cramps. It may also lower the level of calcium, sodium, and magnesium in the blood in some people. Hence, regular monitoring of kidney function and electrolytes is important while using this medicine.

- It may cause excessive urine production, dehydration, and low electrolyte levels. Notify your doctor if you experience dizziness, tiredness, or muscle weakness that doesn't go away.
- Your doctor may regularly monitor your blood pressure, kidney function, and the level of salts such as potassium and sodium in your blood while you are taking this medication.
