Flurisone T Eye/Ear Drops is used in the treatment of bacterial infections of the eye.
Eye irritation, Eye discomfort.
This medicine is for external use only.Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye/ear without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid or ear. Wipe off extra liquid.
Flurisone T Eye/Ear Drops is a combination of two medicines: Tobramycin and Fluorometholone which treat bacterial eye infections. Tobramycin is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Fluorometholone is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy.

Flurisone T Eye/Ear Drops is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
To reduce the amount of Flurisone T Eye/Ear Drops that reaches the breastmilk, place pressure over the corner of the eye for 1 minute or more, then remove the excess solution with an absorbent tissue.
Flurisone T Eye/Ear Drops may cause blurring of your vision for a short time just after its use. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
Flurisone T Eye/Ear Drops is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Flurisone T Eye/Ear Drops may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
