Product introduction
Emrok O Tablet should be swallowed as a whole with sufficient amount of water. It may be taken with or without food. It should be taken regularly at evenly spaced time intervals as prescribed by your doctor. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping the medicine too early may lead to the infection returning or worsening.
Common side effects of this medicine include constipation, vomiting, nausea, fever, decreased hemoglobin, low blood glucose, and cough. Consult your doctor if these side effects bother you or persist for a longer duration. They may be able to help treat or reduce the side effects.
Do not take Emrok O Tablet if you have a known history of allergic reaction to this medicine or other quinolone antibacterials. This medicine is also contraindicated in patients with a history of tendon disorders and children or growing adolescents below the age of 18 years of age. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult before taking this medicine, as it may cause harmful effects to the developing baby.
