Embeta HT 25 mg/12.5 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of hypertension
Nausea, Diarrhoea, Constipation, Fatigue, Headache, Dizziness, Nasopharyngitis, Increased blood uric acid, Decreased potassium level in blood, Glucose intolerance, Altered blood lipids, Cold extremities, Slow heart rate, Decreased magnesium level in blood, Increased calcium level in blood.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Embeta HT 25 mg/12.5 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Embeta HT 25 mg/12.5 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Metoprolol and hydrochlorothiazide that help control your blood pressure. Metoprolol is a beta blocker that lowers your heart rate. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that removes extra water and certain electrolytes from your body. This also reduces the risk of a heart attack or stroke.
