Durapain Capsule should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for longer duration than recommended by your doctor.

Some of the common side effects on of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, indigestion, heartburn, stomach pain, loss of appetite, and dryness in mouth. Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea).
Keep sipping water or have sugar-free gum in order to relieve dryness in the mouth.
You might experience nausea, ask your doctor to prescribe you an antiemetic (anti-sickness medicine) if it troubles you.
Inform your doctor if you have a history of depression or taking any anti-depressants.
Seek medical attention right away if you have symptoms, such as agitation, hallucinations, sweating, shivering, fast heart rate, muscle stiffness, twitching, or loss of coordination.

Use of painkillers lowers the levels of prostaglandins in the body leading to kidney damage on long-term use. Use of painkillers is not recommended to patients with underlying kidney disease.

Can the use of Durapain Capsule cause dry mouth?

Yes, the use of Durapain Capsule can cause dry mouth. If you experience dry mouth, drink plenty of water. Take regular sips during the day and keep some water by your bed at night. You may use lip balm if your lips are also dry.
