How to use Durapain Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Durapain 75 mg/50 mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
This will help to avoid acidity and heartburn.

How Durapain Tablet works

Durapain 75 mg/50 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Tramadol which relieve severe pain. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tramadol is an opioid which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

Alcohol
CAUTION
Taking diclofenac with alcohol can increase your risk of stomach bleeding.
Pregnancy

Durapain 75 mg/50 mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation
Durapain 75 mg/50 mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Consult a doctor immediately if the baby shows signs of increased sleepiness (more than usual), difficulty breastfeeding, breathing problems, or limpness.
Driving
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Durapain 75 mg/50 mg Tablet may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney
CAUTION
