Drolofar-DM Tablet is a pain-relieving medicine used for the symptomatic relief of pain associated with muscle spasms and inflammation. It is commonly prescribed for menstrual pain (dysmenorrhoea), tension-type headache, and pain caused by smooth muscle spasms of the biliary and urinary tract.
Drolofar-DM Tablet is taken with food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine.
