What if you forget to take Domnext-NP Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Domnext-NP Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Yes, the long-term use of Domnext-NP Tablet can cause damage to the kidneys. Normal kidneys produce a chemical called prostaglandins that protects them from damage. The use of painkillers lowers the levels of prostaglandins in the body, which leads to kidney damage on long-term use. The use of painkillers is not recommended for patients with underlying kidney disease.
