Diulcus Gel

Apply Diulcus Gel directly to the clean, affected area as your doctor directs, usually once or twice a day. Always wash your hands before and after applying the medicine to avoid contamination. Follow all instructions carefully, including proper wound care, keeping the ulcer clean, and covering it with a dressing if necessary. Maintaining good blood sugar control and a balanced diet can support healing.

Diulcus Gel is generally well-tolerated, but some people may experience mild skin irritation, redness, or itching at the application site. These usually go away on their own; however, if they worsen or persist, let your doctor know. To prevent irritation, avoid applying it to broken or damaged skin that is not part of the ulcer.

Before using Diulcus Gel, let your doctor know if you have a known history of allergic reactions to beta-blockers or any ingredients in this medicine. Let your doctor also know about any other medications or treatments you are using and any preexisting medical conditions. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, consult your doctor before starting treatment.
