Dinost 0.5 mg Gel is a medicine used to induce labor in women, who are ready to deliver a full term baby. It works by softening and widening the cervix (lower end of the uterus) and helps the baby to pass through easily.

Dinost 0.5 mg Gel is not for self-application purpose as usually applied in hospital settings under the supervision of medical healthcare professional. Side effects of using this medicine are uncommon but they can occur. A small number of women may have fever, vomiting, or diarrhea and may experience a high number of uterine contractions.

How Dinost Vaginal gel works

Dinost 0.5 mg Gel is similar to a natural substance (E2 prostaglandin) which is released in your body when labour starts. It works by opening the part of the birth canal (cervix) and causing the uterus to contract, to allow the baby through.

Madam , after doing color dopler usg and bpp(report attached),my rocommending me to take castor oil.and telling aminic fluid is just adequate.So pl suggest upto which date we can wait for normal delivery.

Better to go for induction of labour now if you have not gone into labour. The chances of fetal distress and meconium stained liquor increases in a post dated pregnancy.
