Dibol LD 75mg/18.75mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Tramadol which relieve severe pain. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tramadol is an opioid which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.
Taking diclofenac with alcohol can increase your risk of stomach bleeding.

Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby. Consult a doctor immediately if the baby shows signs of increased sleepiness (more than usual), difficulty breastfeeding, breathing problems, or limpness.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Dibol LD 75mg/18.75mg Tablet may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, do not drive.
