Product introduction

Devogit-BV Capsule is to be used as per the label instructions or as suggested by your doctor. This medicine is only for vaginal application. You must wash your hands before and after using it. It is best to use this at bedtime regularly to get the most benefit. If there is any accidental exposure of the medicine to the eyes or mouth, you must wash immediately. For better efficacy of the medicine, the course of the treatment should be completed even if you feel better. Do not use it more than the recommended dose.


Devogit-BV Capsule leads to a few common side effects like frequent urination or mild irritation and burning sensation at the application site. If these side effects do not improve with time or worsen, inform your doctor. In case of any allergic reactions (rashes, itching, swelling, shortness of breath, etc.), it is advised to call for immediate medical help.


Before using it, tell your doctor if you have an underlying disease or are taking medicines for any health condition. The medicines that are used externally usually do not get affected by other medicines; however, you should let your doctor know if you are taking any medicines to ensure safety. Ask your doctor for advice if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are known to be allergic to the medicine, you must refrain from using this medicine and consult your doctor. How Devogit-BV Vaginal Capsule works

Clindamycin is an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by the bacteria to carry out vital functions. Clotrimazole is an antifungal medicine which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their protective covering. Tinidazole is also an antibiotic which kills other infectious microorganisms in addition to bacteria by damaging their DNA.

Devogit-BV Capsule is used to treat bacterial vaginosis, mixed vaginal infections caused by bacteria or fungi, and for cleaning the vaginal area before gynecological procedures.
Females should not use Devogit-BV Capsule if they are allergic to clindamycin, clotrimazole, tinidazole, or other ingredients present in it. They are also not recommended if the female has certain bowel diseases like colitis, blood disorders, or nervous system problems.
